White Ice Onyx artificial marble is engineered through a precise manufacturing process. It begins with the batching and mixing of high-purity marble power, polyester resin, and pigments. This mixture is then compacted under vacuum vibration compression to eliminate internal air pockets, ensuring a dense, non-porous structure with exceptionally low water absorption.

The compacted slab undergoes high-frequency vibro-compaction for uniform density, followed by curing in a controlled environment to achieve optimal mechanical strength. Subsequent processing includes automated polishing with resin-filling technology to enhance the translucency and depth reminiscent of natural onyx. Finally, CNC machinery enables precision cutting and profiling for custom fabrication. This advanced process guarantees a product with superior structural integrity, consistent veining, and a brilliant, durable surface finish.
